Description

Welcome to the very first episode of Parenting Beyond Meltdowns!

I’m so glad you’re here. In this episode, I’m sharing my story and what led me to start this podcast for Christian moms raising neurodivergent or strong-willed kids. I’ll take you back to my rock-bottom season as a mom and the powerful way God began to show me a new way forward—starting with me.

If you’ve ever felt like you’re drowning in daily chaos, wondering if you’re failing your child or doing this all wrong, this episode is for you. My prayer is that you’ll leave this conversation feeling a little less alone and with a glimmer of hope that peace and connection are possible, even in the middle of the meltdowns.

I’ll also share what you can expect from the podcast going forward and why I believe the way you show up to your child matters more than any parenting strategy. My heart is for you to begin seeing that the answer isn’t about “fixing” your child—it starts with how you anchor yourself.

If you’re ready to parent from a place of peace instead of survival mode, make sure you’ve joined the Insiders List. You’ll get encouragement and practical tools delivered straight to your inbox to help you keep moving forward.
